Delivery Policy
We uses Australia Post and other courier for all deliveries. Most parcels will be delivered to the provided address with tracking number provided. Buyers need to take responsibility on the goods when delivery status shows as delivered.
Orders will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received. Normally it should be within 24 hour, except weekend and public holidays.
Please allow sufficient time for delivery. Normally 7 days for metro area delivery or 10 days in remote areas. We provide standard and express shipping option in all our products. If you need your order to be delivered quicker, please choose Express shipping when you place the order. Allow extra time in peak delivery times such as the Christmas/New Year and Easter periods and for Public holidays.
